Snow-route eligibility
For snow-removal quote requests, address information is used for server-side geocoding and to check whether a property falls within the approved snow-service route. This review helps determine whether a request can proceed to property review; it is not a service acceptance.
Quote administration and communications
We use submitted information to manage quote requests, property reviews, agreements, and customer communications related to requested lawn or snow services.
Marketing choice
Submitting a quote request does not give consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Retention and service providers
The Yard Ninjas needs to confirm its record-retention period and the specific service providers that process quote information. Those details will be added once confirmed by the owner.
Your requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by contacting us. We will review requests in accordance with applicable obligations and any records we must retain.
